In this policy, "us", "we" or "our" refers to Xray Property P/L.

Your privacy is of our utmost importance. We acknowledge and respect that the information which you maintain in the portfolio management system is treated with absolute confidentiality. We take every reasonable precaution to ensure that your information cannot be tampered with, exposed, viewed, hacked or lost. We will not disclose any of your information to anyone, unless you expressly request us to do so and provide us with your consent. We may, from time to time, review and update this policy, including to take account of new or amended laws, new technology and/or changes to our operations. In general, the only information which we hold is what you have entered into our system, this includes personal information such as (but is not limited to) your name, contact details (including phone numbers and addresses) and possibly financial information. Xray Property may set cookies for your web browser as you visit our websites or use our products where Xray Property provides ads, content or analytics. Updating your information

You have the right to update the information we hold about you via your account settings. Members of our websites will generally be able to access and update their membership details online. We request that you keep your information as current as possible so that we may continue to improve our service to you.
